Finally, Amber Heard receives Johnny Depp’s mental health records after claiming the actor’s drug and alcohol abuse, along with medications to treat it, contributed to his alleged violent behavior.

According to legal documents made available, Amber filed an emergency motion to force Depp to turn over all medical records including any treatment for mental health.

Earlier in the month, the Virginia court ordered Amber Heard access to Depp’s medical records associated with the case.

But, she claimed Depp’s attorney does not authorize the release of his ‘mental health records’ at first, stating the (Johnny’s) mental condition was not the subject of the order.

Heard’s lawyers say they subpoenaed third party medical providers for records to help “demonstrate the link between (Depp’s) drug and alcohol abuse, mental health (including prescription drugs given to treat mental health issues), and his abuse of (Amber) or other romantic partners.”
