The lawsuits and counter-lawsuits between Cardi B and Blogger Latasha K just took a different twist. Cardi B is requesting the $1 million lawsuits accusing her of causing the blogger to receive gang-threats be thrown out of court.

According to court documents, Cardi is asking the court to dismiss the case filed the entertainment blogger Latasha K. In her documents, Cardi says the lawsuit is nothing more than “a transparent attempt to garner media attention and retaliate against” her.

Cardi claims she never defamed the blogger publicly when labeling her a “hoe” or “dumb a** bit**”, with her saying that’s just name-calling. The singer denies all wrongdoing and wants Latasha K’s lawsuit dismissed and the judge to allow her case against the blogger to continue.
