If anyone ever doubted how marketable Davido’s “A Good Time” album would be, Sony Music has presented us proof of how great it became. On the 10th of February, they awarded the record sale plaque to Davido, which stated that the album is a platinum-selling record. The album ‘A Good Time’ has recorded one million sales units figures.

One of the tracks in the album title ‘Risky‘ featuring Popcaan also went double platinum – meaning it sold two million units. So as well, the track Blow My Mind featuring Chris Brown also went Platinum – it sold one million units. These sales are cumulative numbers of physical sales, and as well as digital downloads sales across streaming platforms like Apple Music and Spotify among others.

This album ‘A Good Time’ is Davido’s second studio album, officially released on the 22nd of November 2019.
