In Regards to the assault litigation with Gregg “Rocky” Brooks, Johnny Depp scored a small victory in court with a judge ordering Amber Heard and his alleged drug use are off-limits in an upcoming trial.

According to court documents obtained, a Los Angeles judge sided with Depp and granted his motion. The motion sought to prohibit any evidence or testimony about his ex-wife or alleged drug use in a court case.
