Migos Agrees To Pay $30,000 To Settle Fyre Festival Legal Battle

Hip-hop group Migos have agreed to pay back $30,000 to settle a legal battle over their Fyre Festival payday.

According to court documents, Offset, Quavo, and Takeoff have reached a deal in the Fyre Festival bankruptcy.

The band was paid $100,000 to perform at the planned Fyre Festival, which never went down. Per the deal, Migos agrees to pay back $30,000 to the trustee.

The docs read, “The Defendant shall pay the total sum of $30,000.00 (the “Settlement Payment”), as full and final settlement and complete satisfaction of any claims the Trustee has raised against the Defendant.”

As a result, once the judge signs off on the deal all claims will be dismissed against Migos.

Back in August 2019, the trustee presiding over Fyre Festival’s bankruptcy sued a bunch of celebrities who were paid to promote the music festival.
