MZ KISS IS BECOMING THE MVP IN THE RAP CIRCLE

It has been challenging but hard work, persistence, patience and dedication is fuelling me. I have learnt a lot…’ – Mz Kiss

It’s becoming more and more unlikely for anyone to ignore Mz Kiss in the Nigerian music industry. Taking into account the amount of buzz this
femcee is gathering day in day out, it will be cynical if I don’t
earmark or put her as one of the hardest working female artistes that is about to breakeven. Despite the unpredictable nature of this industry, I feel that this lady is on the edge of breakthrough. Her drive, commitment and continuity are contagious; it’s also yielding results for her. I recently ran into her and I asked how the hustle is so far.

‘It has been challenging but hard work, persistence, patience and dedication is fuelling me. I have learnt a lot, made mistakes and in the process I have moments where I felt like falling but at the end of it I have risen up time after time. I thank God for Grace. My team and myself are working hard and heading to where we want to be. I can’t even begin to count the number of activations I have attended
and performed at whether it’s convenient or not. I won’t lie to you, it been joy all the way considering the amount of love we get from the media and fans. After the release of ‘Fuji’, dropping ‘Wawu’ changed the
narrative. The response is massive. The respect for my craft went up. Working hard to deliver a masterpiece video for that song, I hope the song will be as big as Runtown’s ‘Mad Over You’ by the third quarter of 2017. Dreams come true.’
