Ariana Grande Legal Brawl Over ‘God is a Woman Video Content’ Dropped
Ariana Grande will sleep tonight knowing she has one less problem to think about.
Her lawsuit battle with a Vegas artist named Vladimir Kush is dropped and over.
According to court documents obtained, the artist Vladimir Kush and his company Kush Fine Arts Las Vegas filed a notice of voluntary dismissal.
The document notes, “Plaintiffs VLADIMIR KUSH and KUSH FINE ARTS LAS VEGAS, INC. hereby give notice that the above-captioned action is voluntarily dismissed against all Defendants, with prejudice, as the parties have resolved.”
The case will officially be closed and all claims dismissed against Grande.
Earlier this year, the artist Vladimir Kush and his company Kush Fine Arts Las Vegas sued the singer claiming in her ‘God is a Woman’ music video there is an image of a woman featured in a candle flame, that he says is identical to painting he did in 1999 and 2000.
He sued seeking unspecified damages and for a court order taking down the video online.
