Attorney Repping Meek Mill’s Judge Suing Roc Nation and Amazon Over Documentary
Seems more legal battles will surface around Meek Mill. The lawyer repping Judge Genece Brinkley is moving to sue Roc Nation and Amazon.
According to a new report from TMZ, A. Charles Peruto Jr. has filed legal documents “that will lead to a lawsuit” against both companies for what Peruto has alleged was the intentional sabotaging of an interview. Peruto was interviewed for a documentary on Meek Mill’s case, a portion of which he claims to have been told was “off the record,” at which point audio of him criticizing Brinkley’s refusal to give Mill a new trial made her look “fucking awful.”
“Let me tell you something, that was hard to do because defending this judge . . . She looks fucking awful,” Peruto is heard saying in leaked audio. Peruto is now claiming that the audio was edited and that, toward the end of the allegedly off-the-record comments, he insisted Brinkley had followed the law. The documentary in question was co-produced by Roc Nation and Amazon, hence the targets of Peruto’s legal Claims .
