How things fall apart. Once respected by all and classified America’s Dad but now, it seems he’s about to be tagged ‘Sexually violent predator’. This is actually a tale of falling from grace to gutter. Bill Cosby has had his day in court and has been found guilty of drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand, a former Temple University employee. With Cosby awaiting sentencing, Pennsylvania’s Sexual Offenders Assessment Board recommends the comedian and TV star to be tagged as a sexually violent predator.

The Associated Press reports the Montgomery County District Attorney office requested a hearing and will lead to the judge determining if the classification will be attributed to Cosby.

After he was convicted, Cosby was required to register as a sex offender. If Cosby is registered as a sexually violent predator he will also have increased treatment in prison and if there comes a day that he is released he will be required to provide a higher level of notification to neighbors of the area he chooses to reside.

The conviction of Cosby was from an incident in his mansion in January 2004. He was found guilty on April 26 of three counts of felony aggravated indecent assault and is facing 10 years in prison with $25,000 in fines for each count.
