Cuba Gooding Jr Indicted For Groping Incident
According to the report, Cuba Gooding Jr. have been indicted by a grand jury for allegedly groping a woman in New York City.
The announcement from the Manhattan District Attorney’s office notified that instead of the scheduled trial, the “Radio” star has been indicted on not one, but multiple charges.
“Today, the People filed a certificate of affirmative grand jury action indicating that the defendant has been indicted,” a statement from the DA read.
They continued, “Assistant D.A. Jenna Long stated in substance that the charges in the indictment cover the existing incident, as well as a new, previously uncharged incident.”
Cuba’s case has been adjourned until Tuesday, October 15, where he will be arraigned.
It’s unclear exactly what the indictment says and what charges he was hit with, as officials said they will not be unsealed until the star’s Supreme Court arraignment arraignment.
