I really enjoyed photography because I have always loved the profession from day one. What inspired me is the aesthetics of pictures..

Often in Nigeria, the dreams of youth takes twists and turns when the topsy-turvy of schooling and chasing a career with what they studied hits hard. Add the economic uncertainties to that spiral career merry-go-round, fulfillment in life may only be guaranteed for some when they pick up another career path along the way. Emmanuel Patrick picked his, it’s photography and he’s finding satisfaction all the way up. Despite heavily involve with Event photography, the art of creating Black and White images is one he truly cherished. Like the saying “When you photograph people in color, you photograph their cloths. But when you photographed people in Black and White, you photograph their soul”

 

“I’m the CEO of Moonlightphotography.ng and moonlightart.ng. The Moonlightphotography.ng contains my Event photography and commercials.   I recently had to open moonlightart.ng to satisfy my love for the Art of Black and White photographs. I started photography some years back while I was still in the university. Then I was working for a well-known photography outfit; joining schooling and business to make ends meet. Combining both was hard but God made it possible. I really enjoyed photography because I have always loved the profession from day one. What inspired me is the aesthetics of pictures, I always loved snapping with phones till I had to develop my skills and learn how to use HD cameras. The person who inspired me is @Imagefaculty.

 

The guy is super talented, his pictures speaks volumes. He is indeed a photo manipulator. The motivation that keeps me going is my desire to LEARN, UNLEARN and RELEARN. This ideology inspires me to work the more. As one that studied Mass communication, I’m a journalist by profession but I just had to settle for more of photography because of the PASSION, LOVE, THE SPIRIT and the CREATIVITY. What will make me most fulfilled is, if and when I photograph the Queen of England (lol). My areas of interest are bridal photography and creating master art pieces via Black and White Imagery. Looking forward to greater years ahead where Moonlight photography will tour the world exhibiting images that speaks the beauties of all the regions in the world and the reality of the everyday people.
