According to a report in Punch newspaper, a federal High Court in Bwari, Abuja, on Thursday, dismissed the rape case filed by Busola Dakolo against Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA). She was also charged a fine of ₦1,000,000 as the Justice explained that it should have been 10 times more for wasting the court’s time. The Justice also added that the court case was not aimed at getting justice but at cruelty.

Justice Oathman A. Musa, in giving the judgment, held that the matter amounts to injustice and an abuse of judicial process, and added that the case is empty and purely sentimental.
