Jennifer Ndukwe Is Not Your Average Model
A textbook definition of a fashion model, Jennifer Ndukwe’s faultless expression at any photo-shoot, and her elegant walk on any runway are picture-perfect. Popularly called Swinny Vanora, she’s one of the hardest-working models around. Always ahead of the curve – never doing the normal, she’s not your average model.
I have always had a passion for fashion and modeling. When I was a little girl, I watched shows and hoped that one day, I would be one of the models strutting the runway. Those dreams came true.
A native of Abia State, she holds a BSc degree in History and International relations from Abia State University. Standing at 5’9ft, waist: 25, Hips: 36, and Bust: 32, Brown eyes and black colored hair, Swinny’s professionalism is second to none.
As a fashion model and an aspiring fashion designer, I have learned a lot along the way. I have made tough decisions, experienced disappointment, and also enjoyed so many wins.
As someone not signed, it’s hard being a full-time model. Getting jobs and navigating underpayment issues is not easy. But all these haven’t discouraged me. I’ve been privileged to walk in some fashion shows. Very soon, I hope I will walk on an international runway.
I’ve done a lot of editorials for designers and photographers too. In the December 2018 edition of Genevieve magazine, I got a feature. As a video model, I have appeared in so many music videos. I have collaborated with several photographers. We churned out amazing pictures. In a few months, I will launch my fashion brand. I have a lot of creativity to share with the world.”
