Kim Kardashian Demands The $300 Million Kimoji Lawsuit Be Kept From Public
In a lawsuit filed earlier this year by Liebensohn suing Kardashian and her company for $300 million. Kim is now demanding that the $300 million lawsuit be kept out of the public eye.
According to court documents, Kardashian is asking to move the federal lawsuit filed by David Liebensohn to arbitration. Arbitration is private and the proceedings would not be seen by the public.
Kardashian filed heavily redacted court documents in which she argues the lawsuit was filed in the wrong state. The case was filed in Oklahoma but she says it should be filed in California. She claims it would cause her business financial harm to continue in Oklahoma. She also tries to say the lawsuit was filed past the statute of limitations. She is asking the judge to dismiss it completely or move it to arbitration ASAP.
