Tried and tested, she’s not only a reliable renown lead back up vocalist for Nigerian music icon Innocent Idibia (2Baba) but she’s also a registered performing artist on her own – one that has been ascribed among those delivering the mellifluous voice around today. Her latest single ‘Till I Die’ featuring Legal Melodyz from Tanzania is a testament to that.

Born Jemimah Busola Odolo, her upward route in the music industry is one that is well deserved considering the sheer diligent to exhibiting her music know-how. Years before debuting with the song ‘My Love’ in 2016, she attained buzz on the social media (blogosphere) with two freestyle titled ‘Is It You’ and ‘Rude Baby Boy’- a Caribbean tune expressing her versatility.

Years after, she pen a deal with Ayeesha Music releasing double single ‘Make You Mine’ featuring Gabriel Afolayan and ‘In Love’ – a peace song that featured the now late Nomoreloss. She also released ‘Do We’ in 2017. Apart from filming her debut video for the song ‘My Love’, she also had another video for the song ‘Tomi’ featuring DJ Switch. To be sincere, Mima and her dulcet tones are on the verge of been reckoned with in the Nigerian music industry.
