Featured on this week’s SPOTIFY RADER: First Listen artist, “Members Only”, depicts a tale of a hardboiled, glamorous world filled with make-believe and broken promises. With vocal tone and delivery reminiscent of Adele and Mariah Carey, Mulaa Joan’s vocal delivery is exceptional.

Regarding the track, Mulaa shares, ‘When I moved to London alone at 17, I tried hard to make friends and fit in with the London social groups, but I was met with nothing nice.’ This song is about my experience of struggling to fit in and realizing I am better without those people in my life.
