It’s 2019 but police brutality seems to continue.

Viktoh alleged that a policeman punched him in the eye.

According to the video he shared on social media, Viktoh eye was seen swollen, lamenting police brutality, and sharing that he had just been punched in the eye by a policeman.

He shared the video of the accused policeman, the policeman pleading.
