Deemed a flight risk, A$AP Rocky may be locked up in custody in Sweden for about a week before he regains freedom. He was picked up for his alleged role in a street fight.

According to the Swedish Prosecution Office, A$AP’s bodyguard was released from custody on Wednesday night and the charges were dismissed.

But A$AP and the two other men arrested remain in custody because  “there is danger of escape and there is a risk that they can, on their own, destroy the investigation.”

There will be a hearing in the case on Friday and prosecutors believe the investigation will take two weeks, so there is a chance A$AP could be in custody for a bit longer.
