AIKHENOMIA DAVID EHIMARE IS ON THE WAY UP IN HIS MODELING CAREER
Modeling alongside makeup and styling industry is becoming one of the major sectors that are providing creative avenues for lot of young Nigerians to flourish. The numbers of those moving to and fro exchanging ideas and delivering services are mind-blowing. One of those models in that orbit is Aikhenomia David Ehimare. Although he’s an interesting character that looks to explore not just the modeling industry but also the culinary sector; looking back to all he has done and things he intend doing, it’s apparent his career is on the way up.
“I am born on the 18th day of January in Ekpoma, Edo State many years ago but I was brought up in Lagos. I’m a final year student of the department of Philosophy, faculty of art at the prestigious University of Benin. I have given my time to whatever I love. My love for modeling is as good as my love for money but above modeling there is just one thing I like over modeling, and no one would believe that I really love cooking. I have the ambition of venturing into catering when I retire as a model. I plan on building my modeling career along side my like as a caterer.
Modeling for me started when I gained admission into Uniben in 2012, but as at then there where no agencies in school to help promote me. My modeling career started officially in April, 2018 when a man I respect so much, Divine Johnson from CAMPUS MODELS WORLdWIDE found me at an event and scouted me into professional modeling. I have worked for more than 3 top fashion shows, clone for several campaign shoot for top companies and brand, and also campus models has also told me about several offers from agencies ready to scout me of which they are currently in some scouting process. In the nearest future, I hope to be known on a wider range, and help further demystify the traditional thoughts about models and modeling even as I make them understand that modeling and cooking are core profession.
