Mikenoris – His “Alone” & “Siko” songs Are Gaining Traction

Mikenoris is one of the freshmen in the Nigerian music industry that rose to attain the limelight at the close of last year. Despite the pandemic that wreaked havoc in 2020, he released his debut single titled “Alone” to a round of applause – it’s a mid-tempo song with lyrics that resonate with music enthusiasts across the country. Without resting on his laurels, Mikenoris put out a follow-up single called “Siko” – this is a song for every party. Both singles are now gaining traction.

An indigene of Nigerian coal city known as Enugu, Chisom Micheal alias Mikenoris, his love for music is reminiscent of iconic music legends that have emerged from that town. Although he’s not a protegee of highlife music, his sound has an undertone of dancehall and Trap. Mikenoris is one of those youngins that worked hard to convince his parents about venturing into the music industry. Now, he has won them over.

As of today, a remix to the song Siko is in the works. According to him, it will become a massive tune. “After the remix, I will be releasing more songs. 2021 is about releasing music back to back. I want to contribute my quota to the hit songs released this year.“
