To some, Adika Oluwadamilola Favour has built a reputation as one of the top-notch backup vocalists for many A-list artists. While to others, she’s the exceptional worship leader and one of the artists that the world can’t wait to hear her official mainstream debut single. With a beautiful voice range and excellent control, Adika’s performances are always flawless. She makes singing look as easy as ABC. Adika is like a human sound card.

“I came from a family of singers. Most of my siblings from my father’s side are singers. I have always loved singing. I started writing songs at a very young age. Let’s say at the age of 8. I was an introvert at that time, so I was always into myself and always used to pen words and add melodies later. My father was very protective, so he did not allow me to join the choir at the time. I did not start singing until I gained admission into LAUTECH and joined the choir in 2013.” – She narrated.

By 2014, she started music professionally. She has done backup vocals for artists like Yungsix, Tomi Thomas, and Davido during his concert at Oriental Hotel. In 2017, she also did Davido’s 30BG concert at Eko hotels. In 2020, she installed a mini studio and churned out covers to some hit songs.  She did Wizkid (Essence) and Teni (Uyo Meyo). In 2021, she did backup vocals for Burna Boy’s Grammy Awards performance. Adika is a native of Oyo State. She is currently working on her debut single.
