BBC To Pay 2 Millions to Royal Family Charity For Unlawful Diana’s Panorama Interview
BBC is paying for their wrongful doings. The royal family will reportedly have to pick a charity organization of their choosing, that will receive over $2 million from BBC.
This huge payment will be made to the organization on behalf of the royal family, for Martin Bashir’s part in deceitfully obtaining a 1995 panorama interview with the late Princess Diana. According to report, this payment is reportedly the total amount the publication made from marketing the global rights to Bashir’s interview with the Princess.
