Etekamba Etuk‘s artistry as a broadcaster is evolving into a compelling story. His swift development into a cracker-jack radio presenter, voice-over artist, and event host is gaining traction. As the quintessential anchorman at Classic 94.3FM Abuja, listening to his flawless presentation, insightful analysis, and fantastic music choices on weekdays from 6 – 11 AM is eargasmic. With a face and voice that could get a blockbuster movie gig, his affinity with broadcasting and entertainment is like a match made in heaven. This lad is in a class of his own.

Nicknamed Eteks, a native of Akwa Ibom, an alumnus of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Faculty of Art, BA in Mass Communication, and a proud Superjacksonites – as they fondly called themselves. Trained in the art of broadcasting by Onimisi OJ-The Juice Adaba, in 2015, he got his first radio job with Nigeria Info in Port Harcourt, where he met another media heavyweight, Mr. Aduratomi Bolade alias Tommy B. By 2018, he became a founding staff member at Classic 94.3FM Abuja. Now, as the station’s Programme Director who doubles as the breakfast host, he’s living the dream.

“I grew up loving movies and listening to music and radio. I got to know veterans like Eugenia Abu of NTA and Onimisi OJ-The Juice Adaba of Kapital FM, then Cool FM. During the Broadcaster Series, which saw the rise of Tyeng Gang and Benny Arc, I desired to become a broadcaster. I will forever be grateful to Onimisi OJ for taking me under his wings. I became the only one among his trainees to get on the radio. It has been a wonderful experience every weekday morning on Classic 94.3FM.
