Kobi Mex is not resting on the laurels that came with his last single, “Annie”. He’s back with a new song, “Wombolombo“. The 3-minute 14-second afro-soul single, inspired by Angelique Kidjo’s classic, published on 30 October 2023, is very tuneful.

According to Kobi, “the idea for the song came from the super-talented producer Dami Bone. Our vibe and brainstorming session produced is evident in this beautiful tune. “Wombolombo” is a reflection of my creative headspace and my versatility. I enjoyed recording this song.”
