The singer’s former manager was on Thursday 6^th of June, 2019 hit with indictment (1 felony) for allegedly making death ( terroristic ) threats to Joycelyn Savage’s father.

Mason is accused of making threats to Savage, the father of 23-year-old Joycelyn, who is currently dating Kelly. The former manager allegedly tried to scare Timothy and the Savage family when they originally began questioning the relationship between the singer and Joycelyn.

According to a police report, filed by Timothy, Mason said, “I’m gonna do harm to you and your family, when I see you I’m gonna get you, I’m going to f***ing kill you.”
