Tales of folks who were like rough diamonds that went through fire in the face of several doubting Thomases and endured pains until they shone bright. This is like the story of Uzor Chigozie Sophia. Despite new in the modeling business, she continues to strike the right chord in the heart of that industry to the point that are critics are now card-carrying fans.
“My journey into modelling started June, 2017 when I contested for my
first pageant Mr & Miss Ekehuan which I emerged as the winner. I also
contested for Miss Uniben 2018 and I was among the top 5 contestants
emerging as the 4th runner up. With that experience, I decided to take this
career further and I just got signed into HI Model Management’” – Sophia
With a statistics that reads height 5’9ft, waist 28, hips 34, bust 32 and shoulder 16 respectively, this 300 level student studying Mass Communication at the university of Benin, will move mountains to attain her goals. “For me, I’m focus on what I want to achieve in the industry. Through the help of my agency I have been able to walk for few fashion shows. I wish and hope to become a successful model that would be able to impact positively with this career and help young aspiring models to become better. I know the road will be rough but I will find my way. Like the saying, ‘You got to down a lot of wrong roads to find the right one’. I will find my way to the top in the modeling world ‘ – Sophia
